The pillow was very nicely packaged. The pillow form was vacuum packed separately in a poly bag which I thought was great because so often I receive products that look a little worse for wear after shipping. This way the cover was nice and flat without any creases or wrinkles. I bought this one along with these other two pillows and they work wonderfully together.
