(More customer reviews)After buying 4 of these b/c the straw tip kept tearing (finally discovered my child was CHEWING on them, grrrr), I sent an email to Thermos through their website and pleaded with them for replacement parts. They emailed me back with their customer service number: 1-800-831-9242. I ordered four new sets of straws (the inside straw and straw tip are packaged together) for $7.
