I bought them as part of Amazon's 4-for-3 promotion since my family and I are going on a road trip soon, and I thought they might be nice to have. While they are certainly good for just putting behind your neck (and these actually DO keep your head propped when you go to the side), I actually found them great for sticking vertically down your back between your shoulder blades. They help with posture and the end holds your head when you lean back. They are a lot easier than sticking a roll of towels between your back and the seat. My mom has back problems, and she absolutely loved this. Highly recommended.

(More customer reviews)Many years ago, in the 1980s, I bought a futon at a shop that happened to sell cylindrical buckewheat hull pillows. I bought one, and over the years, began using it as a packable travel pillow.
For a back sleeping, these cylindrical pillows support the neck without lifting the head out of alignment with the back. They are compact, and comfortable. I was happy to find a replacement for my old (and now quite worn) pillow. This J-Life pillow is smaller round than my old pillow, but still needed to have some buckwheat hulls removed to find the right comfort and support level.
I initially tried a more standard-shaped buckwheat pillow, which works well enough, but is heavy and cumbersome.

The pillow was very nicely packaged. The pillow form was vacuum packed separately in a poly bag which I thought was great because so often I receive products that look a little worse for wear after shipping. This way the cover was nice and flat without any creases or wrinkles. I bought this one along with these other two pillows and they work wonderfully together. (More customer reviews)These pillows are unique and make a compelling statement to any decor. I chose the red zinnia, since it fits with my accents of red in my living room. The pillow looks pretty much like the web picture shows. Only ordered a couple weeks ago, but they are well constructed, very comfortable fabric and I like the 18"x18" size rather than 16x16. These come in a variety of flowered colors, one that can be selected as an accent to pick up color in any room. They are more casual than formal, but they will be the first thing your eyes gravitate toward wherever they are placed. I thank the designer for creating a more unique decorator pillow. It is not your everyday throw pillow, and this is what is special about them. I would recommend them and believe it is difficult to be disappointed with such a unique, bright colored design.

It is very cute.........My only issue is the big CUT across the flower as a result of the packaging/opening.
I opened this box as I open all my packages with the tip of my scissors only to find the pillow at the top with no protective wrapping around it. The result I cut the pillow and it is now useless to me........

(More customer reviews)I was trying to find a pillow cover for some squishy pillows that my cats are destroying (releasing foam balls everywhere), and I was happy to find the right size for a good price. Since 'decorative' was my only option on Amazon, I chose the Sun Flower pattern. It looks nice, the red is a good color. I'm pleased with my purchase.
The reason I rate it 4-stars, however, is because of the way the pillow cover comes. The cardboard 'tag' if you will is attached to the pillow cover with small threads, which, once you get the tag off, leave a small line of small holes down the back of the pillow cover. I would have liked the option to display the pillow either Sun Flower front or plain red front, but because the line of holes is visible I can't do that.
Also, this Amazon page says 17" x 17", but the tag on the pillow cover said 18" x 18". That actually worked out well for me, as I'd underestimated the size I would need for the pillow and this size worked perfectly, but be aware of the discrepancy.
