(More customer reviews)I grew purple bell vine from seed a couple of years ago. It takes a very long time to grow from seed. I don't have a greenhouse, but I believe it would grow much faster in one. It didn't flower until August for me in Seattle. It has long delicate stems which holds long dark purple flowers which resemble a fuschia. It is very exotic and I wondered if I could have over wintered it in my house. This plant is definitely worth growing if you have the right conditions. I would have been much happier if I could have found this in plant form as I could have enjoyed it over a longer season. This is a challenging plant to grow but the results are worth the effort.
