(More customer reviews)The item arrived and was as described after having to return the first order that arrived damaged..the first order appeared to have been inppropriately packaged and sustained considerable damage in shipment..the box wasn't opened as the post office recommended that it not be opened or I would have to pay postage back..also there was no return address on the package so I had to make a second trip to the post office after the vendor finally sent a reply after I had sent 3 notifications to them that it had been received damaged and I wanted to return it and exchange if for an undamaged one. It was ordered to be received by our family Christmas on January 8..however, because it arrived damaged, it had to be returned. I had to email the company 3 times before I heard anything back from them; that was because my Amazon account had an old phone number; after notifying the company of my correct phone number 2 times, I received the replacement order finally. I was not please with the customer service handling on this order..although happy to finally receive the item undamaged.
