(More customer reviews)I bought 4 rolls of this fabric on July 13, 2010 and it was delivered promptly by UPS the next week. Delivery was great. Later I installed the fabric as a single layer and in one application, placed 3 to 4 inches of 3/4 minus gravel over it.
Today, I looked at the area and found weeds growing there. I am accustomed to weed seeds sprouting in the gravel and on "top" of the fabric and I thought that was what was happening here. The weeds would not pull as if the roots were just in the gravel layer so I cleared the area down to the fabric. There I found weeds penetrating the fabric and growing through it! I could accept some of this after several years but this is too soon (after only a few weeks) and I do not really like the product for this single reason.
Dalen made a much heavier fabric before and I have used it for many areas and it seems to work very well.
