If you like the smell of a fireplace or the wonderful chiminea woods, you will love this candle. Archipelago candles are on the pricey side, but they really do burn longer than candles of comparable size, and the scent throw is unmatched. These candles smell just as fresh and strong at the bottom inch as they do at the top inch. Some candle companies do what is called "topping" which is putting the stronger scented wax at the top inch. You can count on Archipelago candles to be consistent all the way down to the bottom. You can make them last even longer using an electric candle warmer instead of lighting the wick.
