(More customer reviews)These poinsettia dies make beautiful flowers! I use the dies with my Cuttlebug machine and after cutting them out I run the layers through the machine with different Cuttlebug embossing folders. One layer will be embossed with dots, one with lines that look like plaid, and another with snowflakes. When the different layers are mounted they look just great. I use a little yellow or gold glitter glue to make dots in the center of the flower. Tiny yellow brads could be used for the center too.
For Christmas cards I first cover the front of a card with a small patterned scrapbook paper in a coordinating color and Christmas theme, then mount a flower in the middle. I have also embossed white vellum with the snowflake pattern and made a strip of vellum down the center like ribbon and mounted the flower on top of that. I will be sending these cards out this Christmas.
