(More customer reviews)The seller of this plant may be misleading you by recommending this as an indoor plant. Let me warn you that when this plant blooms it gives off a horrid odor resembling that of dung or of a corpse as a means to attract flies which pollinate it. I would recommend planting the voodoo lily away from any entrance ways and windows so you can spare yourself from the incredibly unpleasant odor which occurs as it blooms. The odor does dissipate after a few days. If you can avoid the odor this is a very interesting beautiful plant.

Great for the tropical garden; early summer flowering, followed by scarlet berries; very striking! The Voodoo Lily also makes an excellent house plant.
