(More customer reviews)I was hopeful this nozzle would be the answer to those cheap ones you get at Home Depot and the like. My first complaint was that the design of the handle was pretty abrasive to the skin between your thumb and finger as you grasp and hold it - especially when you do not want it to lock in the "on" position.
Then after a month or so, it started leaking down at the base by the quick connect. Upon inspection, there were cracks in both the quick connect itself, and the housing of nozzle itself. Now to find how to get a replacement under warranty...

It was pretty easy to assemble but I'm glad I read other reviews to know it's just a tad challenging to get the poles in (just a very tight fit). There are also little pockets that the end of the poles fit into and they were a little difficult to find (tucked into the inside seams). Very attractive and easy to move.

(More customer reviews)The tree is lovely and has many branches to train and many buds, and was a good price. The subject I want to complain about is how it was packed for shipping: The potting dish sat in a styrofoam base which held the tree up fairly well and then the box was stuffed with "peanuts". However, the dish was not secured to the box and neither was the tree! Knowing how the mail deliverers handle packages, I'm not surprised that five WHOLE branches had been broken off because the tree bounced against the sides and most likely the top of the box!! There MUST be a better way to ship live plants! Valerie Foyle
