When I saw her about a month later, she mentioned that it was one of the most beautiful bouquets she had received, and that she saved the petals, as she was having a rosary set made from them. Out of all the flowers she received, she chose the pink flowers from this bouquet to make a keepsake. I asked if they were wilted, since I ordered them online, and she said they were beautifully perfect.

Great complex aromas but they are subtle. We have used only one of the candles so many times and still have yet to use more than 1/2 of it. The peppermint can be used in more sensitive areas to create a strong sensation. Wax play, with great smells, and massage. We will buy this again to try the other variety of smells.

They looked nothing like the picture, infact, they looked like they had been sitting a grocery store for two weeks with no water. From now on - I order local delivery. Proflower customer service is less than desirable. Not only did the individual not speak English very well, he was rude and laughed in my face. I am not ordering from them again.

Daddy's Girl Review

I recently purchased this Daddy's Girl Flower Bouquet. I assumed that the item in the picture was the item that I was going to get. It was after all $39.00 plus $10.00 shipping. Well as they say in the Hertz commercial -- Not exactly. My 7 year old daughter received a clear vase and not the pink one that was in the picture. The flowers were nice and that is not in question. My issue is the vase. I really wanted the pink vase because my 7 year old daughter is into pink. A big part of the reason I bought the bouquet was because of the vase in the picture. So I wondered why I did not get the vase. I thought it might have been a substitution. An email was dispatched to Pro-flowers with the question. Here is their response.
"We apologize for any confusion you have experienced. We often picture our flowers in upgraded vases, but in order to receive that upgraded vase you must select and pay an additional amount for the upgraded pink vase. Our records show that the vase you selected when the order was placed was the clear square glass vase. Again we apologize that this was not clear when you were placing your order."
The only problem was that they did not ever offer me a chance to upgrade the vase. When I pointed this out this was their response:

"We apologize for the erroneous information. The upgraded vases are ONLY available by going directly to the ProFlowers site and purchasing the bouquet you wish and then an upgraded vase. All ProFlowers Amazon orders are always sent with the clear glass vase, and there is never an option to upgrade vase selection on the Amazon site; only through the ProFlowers site"
I did check and this is the information stated in the Details & Features Section on Amazon.
"Free Glass vase with each purchase of a flower bouquet"
I suppose a clearer message would have been "Ignore the picture - you are going to get a clear vase unless you leave Amazon's website and come to ours and upgrade it."
But alas when I went to the Proflowers site to see how much the pink vase would have cost me, I discovered that as of 18 OCT 2010 Pro-flowers does not offer the pink vase that it shows in its picture. So now what am I supposed to think?
Conclusions:
Do not believe what you see in the picture. They are all glass whether you like it or not.
Make sure to read all of the text and understand what they really mean.
Be prepared to leave the world class Amazon site so that you can go to the Proflowers website so that you can actually purchase what is in the picture -- assuming that they actually sell what is in the picture.

The flowers were in perfect condition (they arrive as buds as opposed to an open blossom, minimizing damage)and they arrived on time. My only gripe, I suppose, is the fact that they didn't last very long (despite following the proper intstructions, etc. for preservation). In fact, after many bloomed, they turned brown and withered over the span of one night (though keep in mind I had already received them for 4 days--but still). I can recommend these beautiful flowers, but don't expect to have them for very long.

I dont know why they offer them (at least thru 1800-flowers) because I spent 2 different days on the phone talking to whoever would pass the buck because i wanted to change the date i had scheduled delivery and i wanted to insert a card- which... when ordering, it dosnt ask you what you want for a message! it wasnt the changing of anything that was a problem... it was the locationg that i ordered the product. i sent the seller 2 emails thru my confirmation (it says to send seller a question and a link popped up) which i still have never recieved a reply and when i called the numbers for customer service... they could not locate my order- . i was told that amazon orders dont show up in their database. i went round and round for a good hour from being on hold and being hung up on and passed to different extentions- day 1.... to than calling some amazon number i came acrosss to be told by a more helpful man that my order is there and to give it to about 10 minutes and it should be in there data base. ... well i called the next day and they still had no record of my order. the nice lady which i wrote down her name and have since thrown it away.. was more than helpful- she called a friend she had in some upper area and said she would get down and find out whats going on... in the end- my mom got her flowers delivery changed and they added a card and all was fine- but to know that amazon has partnered up with 1800 flowers to offer a servive and not be able to access the orders till who knows when and the order is somewhere in a computer- PAID FOR.. is beyond me. I have never had a bad experience with amazon- or 1800- and MOST of the people i talked with were nice on both parts- it was just nobody understood- to the point a few 1800 people said they dont sell flowers on amazon or why didnt i go just to their own website or thats not possible because my confirmation number isnt a number code they would issue... it waqs possibly the most frustrating and long ordeal i have ever dealt with- had i been able to send an email and get a reply stating not a problem call this number... i would have not had to go with the turn off of sending flowers! i only did it because i had a amazon gift card and wanted to get rid of it and my mother is always sad on that day.... of course her getting the flowers involved me venting about what i went thru so i am sure she felt bad even getting them. in short- DONT BUY FLOWERS THRU AMAZON IF YOU WANT TO POSSIBLY GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE ABOUT ORDER.... or have a card on there.
oh and i looked at reviews about different flower services on amazon and one complained about the card issue- not sure what supplier so i made a mental note to really look when placing order thru 1800.... it was not offered at all!!! ( the reply to review said the buyer didnt click to add it) nope... not available on my order! Glad my mom did recieve her flowers... but at the expense of me getting a migrain!!!

Cons: Variety is a joke. Absolute NO YELLOW or ORANGE roses. Only includes red, white, and pink. Disappointed girlfriend=disappointed customer.
Proflowers dropped the ball on the picture advertising these flowers, however the shipping and decent quality garners them a 3 star review.
