(More customer reviews)the seller replaced the 12" basket I ordered with a 14" without asking me. they probably thought they were giving me an upgrade but the whole reason I bought this particular hanger is because it was available in 12" when many others were not. I'm not about to go through the trouble of returning the item but I really think that is bad business.
