The only thing different than the picture on mine was that the bamboo stakes go straight up, instead of one of them curving sideways a bit, and the stakes aren't moveable, but that is OK. The other thing is, I think they could've put more of the liquid illusion water in it. There is only like about an inch of it in there. All in all, I am pretty happy with it, and it came 6 days after I ordered it.
