(More customer reviews)I placed my order Sept 6th by Oct 6th still had not received my order. The company worked very had to replace the item ordered but was out of stock. Received excellent and quick responses to my emails. The person was very polite and pleasant. Oct 18 after still not receiving my order they issued me a refund. But low and behold in the mail that day after about 42 days the order finally arrived. A+ for service friendly service.
