She has skin allergies and occasionally has flare ups where she is constantly scratching. The nylon & cotton collars would easily fray and get caught in her nails. I found myself having to replace her collar nearly every month. I like to keep collars & I.D. tags on all my pets so it was very important to me to find her a collar that would hold up to all her scratching.
This collar not only lasts her for months, but she looks adorable with the pink flowers and glitter! I love the yellow, green, and purple colors too. I highly recommend them :)
