(More customer reviews)Don't be fooled by "plant" in the description: I keep finding more uses for these inexpensive but super sturdy dollies. So far: whiskey barrel planters, fireplace log basket, garbage cans, 4-tier shoe tower. I attached one w/velcro strips to an old milk crate holding 30 bricks, which I can now literally push w/my foot. Super heavy duty, EXCELLENT casters which track really well, and AMAZINGLY LIGHTWEIGHT FOR HOW IT PERFORMS. I've painted two of them (w/spray paint for plastic) with great results: paint lays on well, and holds up to weather. Also nice that DeVault Cust Service answered really fast, & easily changed an order w/no hassles.
FYI: I don't write a review if a product functions as it's supposed to. I only review something I consider a real FIND.

I want buyers of this product to know that the measurement in the description in inaccurate. Mine measures 50" from the top of the hook to the end of the bottom finial. A bit of an issue with me since the area I wanted to place them had room for something 42" long.
A little hint in assembly- I found it easier to assemble by attaching the baskets first, then the finials
