(More customer reviews)It may be bit heavy to hanging with any nails.... But, I hang that ceramic basket with vintage bird hanger, and it looks so beautiful! Sorry I can't update photo- but, you can go to antique malls and give you some hint...! It already has a small drain hole- you may use something to fill if you don't want.

I want buyers of this product to know that the measurement in the description in inaccurate. Mine measures 50" from the top of the hook to the end of the bottom finial. A bit of an issue with me since the area I wanted to place them had room for something 42" long.
A little hint in assembly- I found it easier to assemble by attaching the baskets first, then the finials
