I have a friend who grows for the local farmers market and uses Mega Green exclusively and is totally awed with the results on everything from potatoes, corn, beans, onions, apples, blueberries, grapes, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots.... and you name it. Fruits and vegetables are noticeably larger and tastier with more abundant berries per stem. Plants are huge. I have used it on my lawn and it is beautiful and healthier. We are using it this season on our garden and are seeing good results already. It took the yellow out of my bean leaves in a day... Great Product. I am sure you won't be disappointed. O yes... I have seen the Portland Rose Garden where this is used (Shakespeare Garden area) and it is beautiful.

Used for beads since at least 2,000 B.C., recently uncovered at a western Indian historical site. Once an important source of food, most likely originating in India. When the polished grain-like seeds are mature, there is a perfect hole through the middle, literally nature's perfect bead. Used for making rosaries and for musical African shaker gourds. Prolific grain-like plants. Annual. 30-36" tall. CERTIFIED ORGANIC
Seed - cooked. A pleasant mild flavour, it can be used in soups and broths. It can be ground into a flour and used to make bread or used in any of the ways that rice is used. The pounded flour is sometimes mixed with water like barley for barley water. The pounded kernel is also made into a sweet dish by frying and coating with sugar. It is also husked and eaten out of hand like a peanut. The seed contains about 52% starch, 18% protein, 7% fat. It is higher in protein and fat than rice. This is a very useful grain, it has a higher protein to carbohydrate ratio than any other cereal. A tea can be made from the parched seeds, whilst beers and wines are made from the fermented grain. A coffee is made from the roasted seed.
