(More customer reviews)I love these coasters simply for their beauty. It was also amazing to watch a drop of water disappear into the surface that seems ceramic. The only problem that kept me from giving this a 5 star rating is that the moisture makes its way through the surface, into the cork beneath, and still leaves a slight water mark on the wood below. I had to cut a small piece of plastic to sit the coaster on to prevent damage to my wood which rather defeats the purpose of a coaster.
Still, I loved the coasters for the artwork.
