I have an antique Lehman chrome punch set with a ring around it for punch cups, only it came without the cups. The original set from the 1940s (I think) had either red or blue cups. I was on the hunt for quite a while looking for replacements.
It was impossible to find blue glasses small enough to sit on the ring, until I stumbled on these little votives. (Praise God for search engines!)
It turns out they are suitable for drinking, harder and less breakable than glasses, and the most beautiful shade of blue. Plus they were a fraction of the cost of glasses.
I may get some red ones for Christmas.
