(More customer reviews)I have been using the GrowPanel Pro for a few years now and I can say it works very well. You can grow almost any plant underneath it. I've grown tomatoes, peppers, wheatgrass, tulips and even a banana tree underneath them. There is virtually no heat emitted and I use way less energy than when I ran my 600w HID lights. Please note that this seller (toolprice) is not an authorized reseller of Sunshine Systems lights and is not selling an authentic (real) GrowPanel Pro. I would check with the manufacturer first (Sunshine Systems) to see if you are buying an authentic light from Sunshine Systems.

(More customer reviews)Super low profile and very lite weight, this light did come with an American cord and is allot brighter then I expected. Covers a 1x1ft square area perfectly so is great for single plants. Im currently using one to grow peppers. I am able to put the lamp point blank without any burning or dying. I would only recommend this light for small plants, if you are wanting a LED light for bigger plants get at least a 45-50w led. A 45w+ led light will cover a 4ft area and give you a much faster vegetative growth.
Quand band all the way! If you have ever used a 14w r/b light you can expect 2-4x better results!
Because this light is so small and lite you can easily grow plants in small cabinets, under the sink, or any small place you wouldn't be able to put traditional lights in. Because of no heat you dont have to worry about accidental fires that CFL or HID lights can cause. Other lights will provide warmth for your plant to thrive, these will not. You may need a heat pad or put the plant in a warm place because the plant will stay room temperature and it being winter now the cold can kill your plants even with light on it.
Dont let the bad reviews scare you this light is GREAT for people who know how to use them.

(More customer reviews)I've only been using this light for a few days, but I like it. Better yet my plants like it. With a good reflector it covers a wide area and really brightened up my grow room. Any wide screw-in reflector will do. Under $8 at any hardware store. It would take several to bring a crop to harvest, but it's great for seedlings and medium sized plants. And for the price several would be very affordable. It gives off very little heat so it can be placed very close to plants without fear of burning them, and you don't need additional cooling fans. Good little starter light.
