I hated to spend the money on the bumper pads since I absolutely will not put them in her crib but we got creative and used the bumpers to make a window valance, that way we didn't have to purchase the separate valance!

I can't give it a 5 star rating though because everything becomes very wrinkled in the wash and requires ironing. The valances are nice and wide which were perfect for the wide windows in our home. I did not find this to be the case with other crib sets we looked at.

(More customer reviews)This thing sounds drunk. It doesn't keep time and hits a few bad notes. Maybe I'm a little more picky cause I'm a musician but I can't stand turning this thing on. The mobile itself is nice to look at so I gave it 2 stars for that. I don't really like how it mounts though. It would mount easily to a lot of older style cribs but not on newer ones. It needs some different mounting options for rails that are wider than the rest of the crib. I really like the matching bedding set but I could have done without this. Save your money!
