Not only did it come in the mail immediately, they took it back when I exchanged it and sent me a new one the next day no questions asked. An overall good product and service.

(More customer reviews)Okay I know that in the ads they bake them or "make them" so they are absolutely perfect (do they machine them from balsa wood or what???), and then put them into a clean fresh mold to make them come out with no flaws and easy as pie for a 10 year old. But I am sure that someone (read that as a professional chef) has some tricks they have learned, maybe I should have done more research and found those tricks first. As is I rate this with 3 starts, because it is VERY EASY to clean, makes some cute brownies - IF you can get enuf of them to come out in decent shape. Just frustrated me (a novice baker) to no end that I couldn't get enough of them in decent shape to impress anyone... And lastly is really easy to use for what it was designed for. Just not designed for me...
