It only blooms for one day but so vivid and so unusual. Everyone wants to know where I got this plant. My friend gave me two and when I saw them on AmazonI ordered several to give as Christmas Presents. They can plant the seeds in early spring and in a Southern spot and every year they will come back and leave more seeds on the pods to save and give away. If you want to be the talk of the town. I thought I was getting a great deal until I realized you can't find window mount brackets ANYWHERE (you can find rail mount brackets everywhere). When I finally found these brackets I was excited but a little weary because they didn't have a great description and I was afraid they may be too flimsy. I was wrong - they're great and they worked perfectly for my window boxes. They hold the 39" window boxes with soil, plants, and lots of water in the reservoir. They're pretty easy to install also. The only thing we had to do was get longer screws for a couple of them to make sure the screws hit the wood underneath our siding.

One of the most magnificent sights in the spring garden, this new cultivar is the finest dwarf variegated Weigela we have ever seen. It deserves a place of honor in your sunny to partly shaded garden, as well as in containers for up-close enjoyment.
Just 12 to 18 inches high and wide, My Monet forms a plump, tight little footstool-shaped plant, magnificently blushed with pink in leaf and bloom. The new spring foliage is bright pink, maturing to green edged in white, and the abundant rosy purple-pink blossoms are far larger and more abundant than on other varieties.
